Danielle M. Sczesny
Danielle Sczesny is an associate based in the New Orleans office. She focuses her litigation practice on torts relating to premises and general liability, restaurant liability, automobile accidence, general negligence, personal injury, and insurance coverage disputes.
Prior to joining Garrison Yount Forte & Mulcahy, Danielle’s practice focused primarily on defending clients in asbestos, toxic tort, and environmental litigation and worked alongside senior trial lawyers on local and national work conducting scientific research and analyzing literature for the defense of clients. She also worked as a law clerk at the Louisiana Worker’s Compensation Corporation, was a student advocate at the LSU Law Juvenile Defense Clinic, and was an intern for the Honorable Judge Hunter Greene in the Family Court of East Baton Rouge.
Danielle received her J.D. and diploma in comparative law from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center. During law school, she was the Director of Communication for the Women’s Law Association, an academic tutor for Federal Civil Procedure, and a national tax moot court semifinalist in 2016 and 2017. She received her B.A. in International Studies with a focus in French from Bowling Green State University.
Danielle is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana.
