Kevin R. Derham
Kevin is a partner with the firm who practices out of the New Orleans office. He was admitted to practice before the Louisiana Bar in 2000, the Maryland Bar in 2007 and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana and Maryland. In addition, Kevin is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Kevin graduated from Clemson University (magna cum laude) and received his law degree from Tulane Law School (magna cum laude). His practice areas include product liability, construction defect, toxic tort (including mass/class actions), premises liability, professional liability, general insurance defense and appeals. Kevin enjoys establishing personal relationships with his clients and advocating for them in all phases of litigation as well as arbitration and professional review panels.
Kevin has served numerous times as an invited instructor for the trial advocacy program at Tulane Law School, is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association and The Bar Association of Baltimore City. He loves road trips with his wife and two boys and his interests include long-distance hiking, travel, camping, skiing and being outdoors.
